When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. We do not collect payment card details — all payments are processed securely by Stripe.
We collect anonymous usage analytics (page views, conversion counts, feature usage) to improve the product. We do not collect personally identifiable analytics.
2. Your Images
Your images never leave your device. All image processing happens entirely in your browser using the Canvas API. No image data is transmitted to our servers at any point.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the BlockBlueprint service
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, receipts)
- To manage your subscription via Stripe
- To respond to support requests
We do not sell your data to any third party.
4. Third-Party Services
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting (EU servers)
- Stripe — payment processing
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
- Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics (optional, can be blocked)
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) which can be blocked by your browser or an ad blocker without affecting core functionality.
6. Data Retention
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@image2minecraft.com.
